My team was Scott and Scott, both very polite and straight forward. Showed me the problem, fixed it, then walked me through what I could do to prevent the issue from happening again. Also gave me suggestions on things I could do to help maintain my unit and prevent problems. I will be using them for all my Heating/cooling needs and recommending them to everyone in my community.

I finally said yes to a free evaluation of my AC and heating system and I’m really glad I did. Leroy came out and spent quite a b‘it of time checking out my system, flushing it and explaining to me what issues I had. He was willing to dumb it down for me at the parts I didn’t know and he was very open about what I needed and what I didn’t. I felt like I was talking to an honest person which is an amazing thing in the day and age. He is going to send me written information about the repairs and insulation replacement that I need by email.
