Purchased 2 pair of glasses & after so many months one of my pair the arm fell off. Hinge broken I stopped by the lady said 200. For a new frame. I was a little upset the frame did not hold up decided not to get them fixed going to go elsewhere & purchase a new pair and left but 10 min away & I get a phone call from her to tell me the manager wanted to take care of me and replaced them no charge. That was so nice of them to go above & Beyond there call of duty. I was impressed & next year I will probably be a repeat customer . Thank you Mr. Manager for stepping above and beyond. Outstanding Service- Jenn and David were amazing!! They helped me choose the right pair of Ray-Ban‘s, which would have been enough. When I asked the dreaded question of how long will it take to get my glasses back. Mind you, I went there because my glasses had broken that morning. Jenn went in her back room and came out a couple minutes later and said I could have them ready by 5:30 this afternoon. What?!???? in my mind I was prepared to authorize a rush return, instead I asked what did you say. Jen advised me that she had the right lenses the right progressive and she could do it in house and have it ready in three hours. I did not know that was even possible. Anyway,... read full review

I was visiting my family and vacationing in the area as i live in NY on Long Island and on my way to Tampa via an overnight flight outta nowhere my eyeglass arm fully snapped and broke off while flying to Tampa Airport from LI Macarthur Airport and was very saddened on the whole plane ride as i NEVER broke a pair in my 13 years of owning eyeglasses so i decided to stop by this place the next day with my mom and the manager David was such a polite, sweet, kind and caring man and he even greeted us at the door which was nice of him during our visit we asked him if we can do a emergency repair and we are from Long Island as this is a last minute thing and he was examining... read full review
