We went to several other countertop companies in this area and were pretty disappointed with what they were offering, product, sample availability, and customer service. When we got to Elegant Touch, we knew when we walked in that this was different. We were greeted by all and then Wendy took care of us, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We explained what we were looking for, she showed us around and we looked at several options. We needed two different ones for two different bathrooms and found exactly what we were looking for. Wendy was very good about working with our difficult schedule due to our traveling.

The team at Elegant Touch is top notch. From the moment you walk in and speak with their front office staff you can tell that they are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also committed to a seamless process for their customers. The measuring and templating process is awesome! They use a special tool that made the countertops fit perfectly as they arrived. The granite is cut perfectly, all of the edges are nice and smooth and the shine is outstanding. Installation team wowed us with their streamlined process and quick and thorough clean-up. I would highly recommend!
