The two technicians that were here were very good answered a lot of questions even help me with the thermostat and also the conversation with Lee on the discount was to my satisfaction no complaints

Called at 7pm, Lee arrived within the hour to assess the problem. He made appointment for the next morning. Lee showed up early and put the new part in. All was back to normal (cool wise). No wonder Coolquest is my goto company and has been for more years then I can remember.
