What a great yoga studio! By far the best on the beach! Infrared heat, best and most robust class schedule and an incredible staff! You won’t find more for your money anywhere at the beach! :)

Absolutely in love with Yoga Mix! I’ve never left a class without some spark of gratitude, towards my body, my mind, my soul or for those around me. The instructors and front staff are passionate and competent in their movements within the studio. I’m so grateful I started my yoga journey here a few months ago! it’s a joy to come in and feel safe, accepted and supported, no matter how I show up.

Seriously, if you need some zen (or a serious sweat!) in your life, this yoga studio is where it's AT! I'm absolutely loving the variety of classes – from chill restorative flows to power yoga that leaves me feeling like a superhero. They've got something for everyone! The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and always offer helpful adjustments and modifications, making every class a positive experience. And let's not forget the front desk ladies! They're SO kind and sweet, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help. Plus, their flexible hours mean I can fit yoga into my schedule without any stress.
