Moody McCall and his son Chase are caring and knowledgeable as is their associate Heidi Chupp.The ancillary staff, especially Amber, Margie and Janet are awesome. We miss amber who retired. Mrs McCall rounds out the group with her presence.“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Hirsch is truly fantastic and deserves recognition. He genuinely cares about pets and is exceptionally intelligent, highly experienced, and incredibly thoughtful in his approach.

I was referred to him by a neighbor during an extremely stressful time. My primary vet (who is a close friend) was working limited hours after having a baby, and after an emergency vet visit I was told my dog could have a serious zoonotic infection. I was overwhelmed and scared. Even though we were not his patients, Dr. Hirsch called me that same night, arranged for me to come in promptly, and coordinated an ultrasound.

He stayed in close contact with both me and my primary veterinarian, personally calling me with results and offering calm, rational, expert guidance throughout. His depth of knowledge and clinical judgment were evident at every step, and he was a steady, reassuring voice when I needed it most.

Dr. Hirsch is not only an exceptional veterinarian, but a genuinely wonderful human being. I recommend him without hesitation and am deeply grateful for his care, compassion, and expertise.“

“Sugar has been going to this facility since day two of their opening and absolutely loves it! The caring attitude of the owners, Barbara and Peggy, and their staff make this an excellent home away from home for your fur babies. I just mention Dogtopia and the full body wiggles begin!!! You are always greeted there with happy smiling faces. If Barbara or Peggy are available, Sugar always gets good morning love from them when she arrives. She recently had a change of behavior when it came to wearing her vest, which I passed on to the owners and the staff. Because they know her so well, and are my second set of eyes and hands, they found a small lump on her chest which I had not felt. We are currently awaiting cytology results and I will be forever grateful for them knowing her so well and finding something that I had missed. “We have been going to Fluffy Cuts for 12+ years and must share that we have 2 sets of fur babies at different times being pampered by Andrea - First came Coco and Chance (small malteses) they were spoiled rotten there & styled to the exact breed measures. Then came Giorgio and Louis (small yorkies).. Needless to say they became our world after losing our little guys. Giorgio is 15 years old now and not easy to handle these days with being groomed. Andrea knowing this went out of her way, took her time and was so gentle knowing this may be his last spa day.

I just want to take this time to say if you are anything like us and your fur babies are truly your children, this is the place to entrust with your loves.

“I want to share my recent experience at Hounds Hair. It was excellent. Dave , the owner, was very helpful in getting me an appointment with Barbara, who did a beautiful job . It was my cavilier’s first grooming . Barbara asked questions to assure that she knew exactly what I wanted-which was the standard breed cut- which she knew without instruction.
