Outstanding customer service. Our system shut down in the evening. We called in and got the machine. Stated our problem. Billy, their service guy called back within minutes. He told me what to try as he was overwhelmed with service calls. He was very polite and his advice was perfect. I did as he suggested and it worked. This company and employees are awesome.

We have used Ocean State for nearly 10 years. Their customer service and professionalism are the best! Today Billy and Shane came by to troubleshoot a performance issue with our air conditioner. We concluded the degradation of performance (displayed on our ecobee thermostate) was a result of the unusually high precipitation from the previous week. They checked out all the a/c components and found that they were operating at peak performance. Thanks for a job well done, guys!
