“I found K Cuts from the owner coming into my store a few months ago and boy am I glad he did! I haven’t been able to find a barbershop that can ACTUALLY cut mixed kids hair & do a great job without cutting them at the nape of their neck or at the line up at the front. There’s either that or an uneven fade. But, Pom @ K Cuts is the real deal. He’s very patient yet quick & efficient. His fades are superb, line up is ACTUALLY str8 & the evenness around the ears is beyond quality! This past Sunday, I textd him to ask if I could schedule the boys to come in. He said he didn’t come in to work until 10am that day & was booked the entire day. So, he said he’d come in a hour earlier so they could get cleaned up. I was extremely thankful. I ended up having to open my store that day & didn’t want to cancel considering he went out of his way to accommodate us. So, my mom took them for me. He took it upon himself to FaceTime me before each of them got outta the chair to make sure that their hair was satisfactory. (He does such a good job & listens that he didn’t even HAVE to confirm with me) but he did & he called after each of my boys was done. People like this are the type of people that make it far in their craft & that keep people coming back. Not only about money, but about building rapport & trust with your client.
