I am grateful to Ms. Angie, who proved to be a savior for my hair. Having my hair done was a birthday present to myself, but my original hairdresser canceled due to a family obligation. Fortunately, after 13 phone calls to different salons, I was able to book an appointment with Ms. Angie that same day. And she achieved an impressive result with my hair. I will definitely be returning to her.

Wash, cut, and style with Noel was fantastic! It was badly needed, and I had a date with my husband scheduled that evening. In my entire life, nobody has ever straightened my curly hair without a straightener, but Noel made it look effortless and it held up SO much better than ever before (still straight 3 days later, though I will have to wash today, lol). My husband loved the surprise of seeing a different version of me for a bit, and I love how light the layers are making my hair feel. Thanks, Noel, and next time we visit the in-laws, I will definitely be back!

I went to see Angie for a root touch up and the color washed out in a week later, this was on a Friday, I reached out to Angie via phone on Tuesday upon their return to the shop and she told me via phone she will redo it at no charge to me, when I got there she no longer want it to do at no charge! Both Conchi and Noel came to her "rescue" and firmly said No, I will no go back to this place, terrible customer service! They do not back up their work, also Angie is not a woman of her word. I even offered to go 1/2 and 1/2 and they all still said NO!
