Normally i fear dentist but.. here i felt completely comfortable. Everyone is so kind and professional. The dentist is amazing and well educated . I found my dentist and I recommend that you choose this dentist as well. Great place!

My husband had a filling put in not even a year ago, ever since hes been having pain in that tooth. His gums even bleed by that tooth! Well low and behold his tooth just broke in half, it cracked and broke open due to the bad job they did on his tooth. Now hes in so much pain I had to take him to the ER. Hes calling tomorrow to see if they are gonna charge because he had thousands of dollars worth of work done there we paid out of pocket and they need to fix what they caused for free.

The entire staff is so kind and helpful! Mrs. Brittany is an absolute gem! She is so good with kids. My kiddos were so comfortable and talked about how much fun they had (which says a lot since they both got a cleaning)! Been going here for years and never had any issues just great experiences.

My wife has had many crowns done here before we wound a competent dentist. Most lasted less than 2 years, some less than 6 months, with the longest taking 4 years to fall apart. We both have crowns from previous dentists some of which are 40+ years old. The cheap computer made crowns may seem convenient; but they charge 30% more than most dentists and they are made of a cheap material that shatters in short order. We still have every piece of the broken crowns in plastic bags as evidence for pending litigation. The last time a crown failed, without coming out of the office the dentist sent his tech to tell us it would be another $1,300 for an 18 month old crown. I asked if he would come talk to us, the tech went back to the office, she came back and told us the same thing. Another splintered crown in a plastic bag and the final straw to find a competent dentists, which we did. And after replacing the multiple 'Ottley' crowns, in 4 years not one has failed or needed replacement. Her very last 'Ottley' crown failed last week and we feel relieved to finally get the last one fixed competently. Bottom line... you pay more, and they fail. Hadn’t been in the office for a LONG time and long overdue for an exam. Front staff and the clinical I had were all great just as I remembered them. Dr. Jonathan is so nice and the assistant I had was super sweet. Great communication of everything being done. If they were accepting new patients, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Navarre.

When I discovered my newborn had tongue/lip ties, Ottley was recommended to me. I won’t lie, I was nervous and unsure initially but the team here was so sweet & kind and took such great care of my little guy! He’s made such great improvements with feeding. Highly recommend for any momma looking for a great place for their little one.

Definitely don't recommend Ottley. They rush you through and do not take their
time with children. When you post looking for a second opinion they send you are very nasty letter saying they will not treat your children's cavities and terminate you without rendering care. When you call for an explanation of termination they do not provide one. Highly highly do not recommend them and will be making a formal BBB complaint. There are a lot of other options, choose wisely!

I've been to Ottley a few times and it's always turned out good .they are very good at keeping you comfortable through the appointment. I had a root canal and crown done today .It went really good.im very happy with Ottley Smiles in navarre.
