This business means business. You can hear it in her voice that she’s ready to work. I called her for a serious job at the last minute. I had a very tight deadline. She had a plan right off the bat and was eager to help me. I was so lost because I had not dealt with something like this before. She communicated with me the entire process. I had ZERO WORRIES. The job got done quick and effectively. I trusted she took care of my needs in order to protect my own company. She also communicated with my own clients to ensure they were also involved. What can I say…a very honest company. We thought we had a mold problem, but Brooks did troubleshooting with us and instead recommended a more effective and proper solution to our problem. Not all companies take this approach. Thank you for being honest, saving us $, and pointing us in the right direction.
5 stars is not enough to give Brooks Remediation. I reached out to Christina during a very tragic moment in our lives, with no idea what steps I needed to take to start with sensitive cleanup of a property. Christina jumped right into action and, with the utmost care and compassion, explained the entire process to me and then took the reins to get everything completed. It was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders during a time of grief and I will never be able to repay Christina and Debra at Brooks for their work, but most importantly for their genuine care and kindness. 10/10 would highly recommend for any remediation needs. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
