I love that I was not tricked in to anything. The price is the price. It was my first silk press...won't be my last. I was in and out everything was chill and comfortable. Brittany was positive,honest, and detail oriented. She was transparent with what she needed to do and the condition my hair arrived in. I was looking for gloom and doom and she was definitely the glass is half full type and got right down to getting me right.
