I walked in with air-dried hair.😬 After so many years of damaged hair and unsuccessful treatments💸...I thank God I came across this salon and hair stylist, Sol. FINALLY, I landed in the hands of someone who understands hair textures.
Sol patiently explained the Do's & Don'ts on how to properly care for my hair. She is very knowledgeable, including with the products in the salon. The deep conditioning treatment, blow-dry and haircut turned out great, thank you so much Sol!💕 I already scheduled my next appointment.😁
I was at the Falls, made a spontaneous move to get my haircut at a place I'd never been, and I was not disappointed. Sol took me right away, explained to me what she would recommend I do with my curly head of hair, and I instantly felt at ease. She gave me a wonderful, thorough shampoo experience, treated my hair with a hair mask, gave me a very good haircut, and sold me some products that I desperately needed for my very dry hair. The experience was extremely respectful, relaxing and nurturing. She even texted me detailed instructions on how to use the products I bought. I loved this experience and will definitely go back. I had the best experience at The Mall Hair Salon- I did not have an appointment, but fortunately Sol was available and gave me the best haircut, super professional and friendly. Highly recommend it!
