When going on vacation, who wants to spend precious time on cleaning?? We finally decided that we did not!!! We contacted Sheyla at Zoe's and made an appointment to get the Condo cleaned the day we arrived. We are sooooo glad we did!! We haven't been here in two years and it was in desperate need of a professional cleaning!! The two women that came were so sweet!!! They were wearing masks as well!! We stayed out of their way and told them they could take their masks off if they wanted to since it was a hot day. They cleaned everything!!! I use Zoe's cleaning service for our Naples condo. I've never seen it this clean! The owner is extremely responsive. Her crew takes photos and shares them with me since I live remote and is good about reporting any issues. They've also given me other great recommendations. Highly recommend!

I called as a new customer requesting a crunch clean - aka same day clean. Sheyla enquired about my expectations, gave me a price quote over the phone, and explained services that would come at an additional cost. The cleaning lady arrived a few hours later and a bit earlier than our scheduled appointment. She began cleaning right way, finished on time and did a great job, all with a friendly smile. Their services met my expectations and was right on time/budget. I had a great experience with Zoe Cleaning. I'll definitely use them again and I highly recommend!
