Amazing! Spoke with his secretary when he was out to lunch. Called me back within the hour if not sooner. Both were very extremely helpful. Very helpful and personable when explaining to me the insurance claim jargon and laws I myself am not to familiar with. Definitely guided me to feel more sure about my situation and not lost in a see of unreturned phone calls from insurance adjusters.
