The owner oversees every item that comes in and ensures that the alterations requests are completed to the satisfaction of the customer. I had removable collars on three sweaters with closures. Took a dress to be hemmed and sleeves shortened. I was kindly greeted as soon as I walked in and everyone was so polite. The seamstress that helped me had great advice and my dress turned out better than expected. It was complicated in 10 days and the cost was reasonable. Very pleased with my entire experience here.
