Drove here on a whim for an oil change (well, our car sent me a maintenance reminder, & l spontaneously chose to go here) but I ended up having had such a great experience, I wanted to take the opportunity to let the world know! The entire team who worked with our main service contact, Alexandra, was so friendly, efficient, and courteous that I'm officially a Valvoline Instant Oil Change ONLY convert, from now on. Thank you all so much for all the hard work, and for even bringing my mom a cold water bottle (she didn't even ask-- this is simply how thoughtful and kind the people here proved to be). Workers are consistently friendly and knowledgeable. I have not had to wait for the last 2 visits. I am in and out within 20 minutes versus going to my dealership with has consistently taken 2 hours for a routine oil change.
I haven’t been here n a good while and I did come last minute which felt horrible about but these nice gentlemen took me in anyway and were all very kind and helpful. Super quick and VERY convenient, especially having kids.
