Go see Jolene! I walked in today needing advice on “no makeup” makeup, with an idea that I needed a tinted moisturizer, cream blush, and lip stuff. I’m not very well versed in makeup so the options can be intimidating for me. Jolene was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. She suggested some quality products I could use and demonstrated them on my skin. The results were exactly what I wanted! She showed different items depending on my desired price point but I loved what she used on me so I just got her recommendations. I will be a repeat customer because of her! Thank you!

Lidcy was my hairstylist at Mercato Ulta. She had to do a major color correction and fix my hair extentions. She did an excellent job at both my color and hand tied extentions. My hair is very damaged, fine and brittle. Lidcy was very knowledgable and I look forward to my next appointment with her. Very happy with my results.

Typical Ulta, hit or miss, some well stocked areas, other bare. Service is sparse, usage of testers is unsafe... Pink-eye anyone? I watched someone putting inner eye liner (w eye secretion) & a full face of makeup with all the testers /samples with direct use of products, totally unsanitary and gross, if u ask me. Risky business with eye contamination and contagious skin conditions. Eek!
