Earlier that day I went online to purchase some items from Ulta with my coupon. However, later I decided that I would visit the Mercato location personally to ensure I get the products before XMAS. I found out this location no longer carry Kiehl's or MAC so when checking out, so I had 2 out of the 4 products I needed. She took my coupon and I asked if I could pay for the other two products I needed and have them shipped. She told me that my coupon wouldn't be good for either of those products. The receptionist I spoke to today was the SWEETEST. Just wanted to say that first. I called to get my 4 year old in last minute and Yvonne (I think that’s how you spell it) had one spot open. I am not sure if it’s just how she is in general or if she was having a bad day but there was a definite attitude. She seemed to have little patience towards my little guy who occasionally moved and although a part of me wanted to go mama bear I stayed calm and polite the entire time and my son for the most part remained happy and proud of himself for getting his haircut (because it always makes him anxious).
