Had a fantastic experience today!!! I took my two oldest boys and had an introductory workout today. Josh was my trainer and I was impressed with his approach to training. He is a former marine (thank you for your service)! He put me through a workout that was fulfilling and challenging, but also catered to my ability. My two boys (middle school) trained with Seanna and remarked later on, “I love working out!” She greeted us upon arrival and was professional and very helpful. I would recommend for adults and youth looking for a solid workout with great supervision to help push you and keep you safe.
