Professional and good job on my shirt and pants. One think to improve on would be friendliness towards customers. Greetings are pretty cold and it is difficult to get a smile out of the people working there.

I've been a customer of Tide dry cleaning since they first opened in Naples. I've had a few minor issues, but they've always gone above and beyond to take care of things. I am huge fan of their 24 hour pickup. I am always on the go and it is a blessing to use this service. The staff is always friendly and does a terrific job. The prices are good and the clothes always come out perfect.

I am using my sister vail as my something borrowed for my wedding day a side piece had come apart. They cleaned it and put a stitch in 2 days! It is so whote it looks brand new. Everyone was friendly and great customer service ❤️
