OK, let’s be real when people think of JCPenney‘s and getting their hair done there. They’re very skeptical at first. We can all agree on that but let me tell you I had the best experience. my stylist Misty took the time to understand what I wanted done to my hair. She is very upbeat, outgoing, and personable, which is good to be in this kind of business. I’ve got to know her very well and I will be back and sending some more clients to her As well.
