As a New Yorker who's been to her fair share of Pilates studios, I say without hesitation that Clare Westwood is one of the best instructors I've ever had! I have been doing private instruction with her for months now and time flies by during class thanks to her creative lesson plans and positive attitude. (And trust me, I NEVER think exercise can go by fast...) I will eagerly come back whenever I visit family in Naples, and recommend her wholeheartedly.
