What a horrible experience. SalesRep told me I could bag up food and drugs with special bags. And didn't say much about process of tenting. I prepared the house and left. They came in the dark at 730 pm scared all my neighbors with the noise. Gassed as 830. The tent was supposed to be in 24 hours. At 8 am the next morning it was gone. Left behind was yellow caution tape and an unlocked door open windows and no air conditioning. Apparently this lack of security is the way it's supposed to be done. No one told me though. Did such a poor job the termites ended up in my dinning room driftwood table base which had to be disposed of at a cost $1950.00. Late for every appointment total dissatisfaction. DO NOT HIREServices: Termite inspection

I found we had ants on the roof. They said they couldn't help,. I called Gem pest control and they said it needed to be done from the ground up and helped us. Needless to say we canceled Terminex and went with Gem. Better service, customer care and prices.
