I have been a customer of this franchise for over two years.
Carol, your receptionist/manager is outstanding ! While she tends to your clients every need with excellent customer service... She also has a genuine persona that gives your business a quality reputation.
I can not say enough wonderful things about her ! My stylist Jennifer is out on family leave, and the fantastic stylist Kay was busy. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of having your newest addition to the team color and cutting my hair. She is older ... so I thought she would be knowledgeable. It was a horrifying experience. Unfortunately, the franchise Owner needs to update his hours of operation. They are not open to 6 pm, only 4:30 pm with the last appt being 4 pm, if available as only 2 stylists and were already booked for the last appt. 4:30 pm is my work quitting time, so I was hoping to get at appt., today at 5 pm. Unfortunately, I cannot do so.

So they do like it when you check in online. Here’s the deal: do it, but if it’s a long wait. Go inside anyway. People don’t show up and you get a quick cut. The prices are good, haircut is good. What’s not love?Service: Haircut
