They do everything they say they will and more! Easy, convenient, fast and friendly this family owned business is the best laundry service in town! The way they fold, separate and package the laundry I am able to put it away in 5 minutes!
The owners are the best! Took the time to explain the process, clothes were done at the requested time, and very reasonable priced. I think I have decided to send my laundry to them from now on! Thank you!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Nova! Sending our laundry out was meant to be temporary while we resolved a plumbing issue but for the amount of time is saves each week at an incredibly reasonable cost, I don't think I'll ever stop using them. They pick up and deliver promptly and our laundry has never been so pristine! The owner offers phenomenal customer service as well. Don't hesitate giving them a try!
