Unbelievable how nice this MRI facility is! Clean, modern, and super friendly staff. They made everything easy, and I was able to relax and watch TV during the scan. Highly recommend!
Rosano was amazing! I'm VERY claustrophobic and he took the time to explain everything and made me feel so comfortable. He had so much patience dealing with me and never did he make me feel bad. I could have never done any of these without him. I really can't believe that I did this. Thank you to Gladys for changing my appointment and getting me in and Daly for being so patient with me as well. This was a very stressful thing for me and they made it so easy.
Spotless office. Easy to find and good parking. Jimmy was very helpful at check-in and check-out. Rosano did my MRIs. He has such a great personality. So patient and courteous. He explained everything perfectly. Jimmy burned my cds and answered all my questions. Thank you to Jimmy and Rosano for making this such an easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service!!!
