Dr. Dawson is fantastic! He’s so pleasant and you can tell he loves what he does. He did a wonderful job. I feel so much better after my first visit. He took his time and worked the muscles and trigger points and his adjustments were amazing. He also took his time explaining the cause of some issues I’ve been having and what the root is. I loved everything about my first visit! The front desk staff Joyce and Jackie are the sweetest, so very helpful and kind. I’ve spent a long time searching in Naples for a good chiropractor and I’m so glad I found Spine and Sport. I will be recommending to friends and family. Looking forward to coming again.

To rid a pain or to merely feel renewed a visit to Dr. Dawson is just fine to do. I had a serious fall and sustained injury to my entire left side. I sought help at every available medical source. No one adequately explained what caused my pain and suffering. No one had a cure. Dr. Dawson knew immediately exactly what to do. Relief and help were felt within one visit even after months of previous medical attentions failed. Discovering Dr. Dawson was the best thing that happened. He is a God gifted blessing.

I have been to several Chiropractors over the years due to low back and neck pain. Dr. Dawson is the best chiropractor I have been to in my 12 plus years of utilizing chiropractic care. The other chiropractors I have been to did improve my symptoms temporarily but never really investigated the root musculature problems. Basically it was rack and crack. Dr. Dawson really gets into the muscle and gets to the root issues that cause pain. He prescribed stretches that have helped me immensely. This is the best my neck and back have felt in years. My wife and I both see Dr. Dawson and will continue to have him treat us for years to come. The office manager, Gail, is also very helpful. Highly recommended!
