I have two suggestions. The lady who did my eye exam obviously smokes cigarettes and when you're working that close to somebody's face it can be a little overwhelming. The other is when I was waiting to get my glasses fitted the young lady was working with somebody who was very very chatty and when somebody's waiting I think that at some point she could have said that someone's waiting and let's move on or something. I know it's not easy to tell somebody to be quiet because you're trying to get things worked on typing in the computer but this lady was chatting excessively and took a very long time. Thorough, professional and pleasant. Explained everything they were going to do. Left feeling very good about my eyes and that I was at the right place for my eye care. Highly recommend!
Dr Penny Orr is a very caring person and is a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor.
