Called on a Sunday “Mother’s Day” and they arrived in just a few hours to solve the issue. A man named Dennis who was very pleasant and easy to work with fixed the issue. Dennis was very knowledgeable and I would recommend 100 times over.
We really weren't having any septic problems but after 10 years we decided it was time to have the septic pumped. They were very professional and explained all my questions. I can definitely see the importance of having the system pumped more often. We were lucky.
Southern sanitation came to the house we were in the process of purchasing and did our septic inspection. They were very professional and on time. By the end of the day I had the report of our inspection which I was very happy about as waiting for inspection reports can be nerve racking.
