They have a wonderful purpose in the community, working to prevent unwanted litters and ensure the well-being of animals. Appointments are quick and easy, and the staff genuinely care about the pets. The reception area is clean and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The veterinarian and support team take the time to explain procedures clearly, addressing all concerns with patience and professionalism. Post-operative care is thorough, with animals monitored closely after surgery to ensure comfort and recovery. Clients appreciate the compassionate service and clear instructions for home care, including medication schedules and activity restrictions. While drop-off and pickup times can be busy, the overall experience is highly recommended, and many clients plan to return for future needs.
I couldn’t let another day pass without writing this about Snip Collier and their incredible team. This past Wednesday, I took my cat Mila in for a check-up. I adopted her in Bolivia—she used to live on the streets—so I’m always extra attentive to anything unusual. I noticed a small lump on her leg and, of course, I was worried. Thank God it wasn’t anything serious, but she received the care and attention she truly needed. If I’m not mistaken, it turned out to be a small pellet… and the only way that could have gotten there is from when she was still a stray. It breaks my heart to even think about it—because yes, there are still people capable of hurting innocent animals. But from the moment we walked in, Staci acted immediately. She reassured me, explained everything with care, and most importantly, let me know there was a solution. And what touched me even more… the very next day, they followed up to check on Mila and make sure she was doing okay. I’ve gotten to know Snip Collier, Tom, and their entire team—and I can truly say they go above and beyond to make sure every animal is cared for with love and compassion. Places and organizations like Snip Collier are the ones worth supporting. They don’t just talk about what they do… they show it, they live it, and they make a real difference. 🤍 <3
We have now had 3 of our animals neutered at SNIP Collier. The procedure and care our pets have received have been top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and very caring. They go above and beyond to ensure your pet is well taken care of and you feel comfortable through the entire process.
