If I could give more stars I would! They have done repairs on several high end shoes for me and I can never tell that there was any kind of repair done! Good afternoon! I had an exceptional experience at Silvio’s. I have a pair of Louie Vuitton slides and Jimmy Choo stilettos. They are my favorite shoes and were in desperate need of the heels and soles to be replaced. I brought them in January 2025 to see if they could be repaired. I received excellent customer service, everything was explained on what could be done to repair my shoes and I was so excited that they could be fixed! They are so busy and I was told June was my completion date.
