Michael Bergeron and Andres Yanez plus the incredible team that included Gustavo, Acela, Yordan, Maria, Yoanis, Mayda, Raul, Ana and Valeria saved 3 condos that were flooded by an overflowing sink this past Saturday! They worked non stop through the night. They were professional. They were friendly and compassionate. It takes a special skill set to do this work and they all are top notch workers. God Bless them all!

I chose the East Naples SERVPRO after investigating several options for mold removal due to the excellent reviews from previous customers...I was not disappointed. The team (Michael Bergeron, Jose Rodriquez, and Gustavo Gonzales) went over and above in the cleaning; including moving my furniture and replacing it exactly as before. They were very professional and interested in explaining each step of the process while demonstrating excellent work ethic and care of my home and possessions. I highly recommend them for this service and will not hesitate to call again if the need should arise!

Tayler and the ServPro Team were fantastic. Our building not only had gotten hit with flooding from hurricane Ian but several weeks later was hit with a devastating fire in our main electrical room. We were without power. ServPro came in with their partner, Sunbelt Rental and put to together a proposal to get dehumidifiers up and running with portable generators to prevent mold from growing in all of the buildings condo units, while arranging with Sunbelt to get a generator and temporary stand along electrical panel in place so that our building could be habitable.
