My parents home was recently flooded by a wicked rainstorm one evening. This company promptly responded to our call, arrived at their home the same night and completed the water restoration. The crew was polite, answered all of our questions and made sure that each area they worked in was cleaned each day. I highly recommend this company. So happy my parents no longer have the stress of restoring their home that could have caused major damage in the long run.

Our bathroom was flooded, and we had a serious mold problem that spread throughout the rest of the house. When it got to the point that we could not breathe and our health was deteriorating, we decided to look for help. SERVPRO of East Naples helped us with both issues. They were professional, answered all our questions, and took care of the problem quickly. They were also very accommodating when we wanted to be out of the house before they could dry out everything. We had condensation dripping from an air conditioning return and initially called our HVAC company. They came out and after inspection suggested that the vent wasn’t open far enough causing the condensation. The condensation worsened and I began to see mildew spreading across the ceiling. I called Serve Pro and they came out 45 minutes later to do an initial inspection. After making their way through a very difficult attic space to locate the vent, they discovered damp insulation and a tear in the duct work.
