We put our Hurricane Shutters down a few weeks ago to protect our plants from the cold snap. Unable to get them back up with the motor making crazy noises, sentinel sent out technicians Tony and Ty. Tony and Ty persevered with ingenuity, professionalism and friendliness, even with our shutters being awkwardly located over the pool and difficult to reach. after that, Tony was kind enough to talk to my husband about maintenance and recommendations how to better manage the rolling, non-motorized shutters. Positive experience from the initial phone call to the final bill!
