Quick to respond to our phone calls and emails. We just scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Hurricane screens so we haven't had any work done yet but we're very impressed with the customer service and multiple quick responses to our emails and phone calls. We've contacted 2 other companies and still haven't heard from them yet. We're excited to see what Sentinel will have to say at our estimate appointment. Oh, and they even offered a very helpful recommendation of getting a generator plug installed after I told them we're getting a new breaker box installed. Thanks!

On time for appointment, professional, courteous and responded with a quote quickly. Still waiting on other contractors' quotes for due diligence, but my recommendation is going to Sentinel.
