The Salt Grotto is great, especially if you have any pulmonary issues. I have been recovering from pneumonia and the Salt Grotto has been very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who may have pulmonary issues. Staff is excellent and very helpful.
I would like to give a shout out to Salt Cave Grotto. I had an extreme pain in my upper thigh of my leg and sides. Was recommended by Maria to use red light therapy. Never heard of it an hour after I left there I had no pain it’s amazing.
What a rejuvenating experience. We enjoyed the infrared sauna before a private guided sound healing meditation in a cozy salt cave. We weren’t sure what to expect but were very happy with the results. This is the best place to relax, unwind, and heal. Maria was amazing and I am excited to return!
