The sales team here definitely needs some better training. I asked them to take a note down that I was paying for my clients replacement, they didnt save any of my clients information and when the tech arrived he had no idea because it wasnt in the notes. I also told them the tech could call me to collect payment just to find out after the fact that you guys dont allow payment to be collected over the phone anymore.
