The Best Salon in Naples my opinion…. I had a Root touch up and Haircut by Sara at Bayfront and she did an incredible job exactly what I wanted! I felt she was totally insinc with what I wanted! And the Shampoo and neck massage by Maria was the best I ever experienced!! Total relaxation… Thank you so much ….

This was my first Florida hair experience since moving from NY, and Robert of Philadelphia made me feel right at home! From the persecco upon my entrance, to the amazing massage during my wash, the service was flawless. Not to mention, Ludby is EVERYTHING! He totally brought my blonde back to life. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I am amending my negative comment I posted below. Lexie from Robert's called right after I posted this. She apologized for me not getting a hair style that I loved and let me know that all products at Robert's are guaranteed. She gave me a refund and offered to have me come back in to have my hair fixed. I was so impressed by the customer service I am now giving Robert's 5 Stars. Thank you!I went in to have my roots touched up. Ludby double-booked me with someone else. He rushed during my highlights. Then I was left with my head in the sink for half an hour.
