From start to finish, RGB clearly laid out the steps for establishing our own community website. Timeframes were set and met for all of the steps. Training was thorough and accomplished conveniently through Zoom remote sessions. 90%+ of our follow-up phone calls or emails for help were answered immediately without leaving a message or working through a call menu. The navigation RGB set up on our website is very user friendly, and we have received much good feedback from residents.
