Very pleased with crew (2 techs) who came to do maintenance, and discovered capacitor problem, and visit from supervisory tech (forgot name) who proposed replacing capacitor at no charge if I renewed maintenance plan, which I did.

THE BEST! Just had a new air conditioner installed at my home from Pure Air Conditioning. They showed up at the scheduled time, were very polite, very careful, protected my home where they would be walking and working, worked diligently to get the unit installed beautifully (upstairs and fan outside), and they cleaned up after they completed the job! The new AC unit they installed is amazingly quiet too! Such a difference from my old one. I had a fantastic nights sleep! Absolutely recommend Pure Air Conditioning for top quality work! Scale of 1 to 10 - they get a 10!!!
