Shania called me on lead that I needed a plumber - licensed and insured! She took very detailed notes on what was happening (it has it been a long time that I had spoke with a customer service representative who knew exactly how to be a customer service rep ) and she sent two very knowledgable and very qualified plumbers Dennis and Cayden! I live in a second floor condo. My first floor neighbor opened their wall to find a slow leak while Dennis and Cayden troubleshooted - this didn’t take long at all! they found the problem and when addressing the entire situation they give you best case and worst case scenarios in my situation best case won! But what happened next was short of a miracle because while Dennis and Cayden were up in the ceiling there and they got the old PVC old - there was another section they found a screw from the laundry room into the PVC pipe between the walls - this was what we thought was going to be on us now turns out to be on my downstairs neighbor when they hung a cabinet on the same wall - where the drain is and what turned out to start as my mine issue now became my neighbors. My neighbor is in Michigan Having her husband‘s celebration of life. She was very graceful in helping me try to resolve this and at the end of the day felt awful that this was really on her. Cayden and Dennis were absolutely amazing and the way they work together when they were finished other than the drywall missing from the ceiling in the bathroom you would not know that they were in there. The best part is I know this is Now 100% fixed. I am having them come back in a couple of weeks to install two brand new toilets from soup to nuts I highly highly recommend them.
