THIS IS THE POOL COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR!! Most people don’t associate big construction as an experience, however working with Pool and Patio Works was just that, AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Prior to finding this company, we talked with other pool builders who just didn’t get it. We finally found Pool and Patio works and cannot express how awesome they were throughout the entire process. James Dareus responded quickly to our inquiry and through his knowledge and great attention to customer service, we knew this was the guy we had to have to help make our backyard oasis dreams come true. During our first appointment, we could immediately tell that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of James and Pool and Patio Works. The attention to detail and importance on understanding what is important to us have a sense of confidence that we made the right choice. James provided incredible designs for us to chose from and made suggestions in areas to get the most value for our budget. During the construction process, the whole team was professional, detail orientated, and efficient at every stage of construction. When I say this was an experience, I really mean that! From the construction manager, Joe, we got greeted each day with what to expect and what the next step will be. Joe was always helpful in answering questions and ensuring every detail was managed as if it was his own pool. This company takes pride in what they do. That is apparent and very obvious to us.
