We just moved to Naples and had to go out of town within a few weeks- I was nervous to board my two husky’s but this place eased my nerves. They are so friendly and organized. I loved being able to see my dogs play on camera. They sent a report card to let us know they were doing well. This is the best boarding facility I have used in the 9 years I’ve had my dog. Even with all of the extra care and camera time it is also the most reasonably priced boarding we have used. So happy to have found a place we can trust and definitely would recommend to anyone! Thank you for taking good care of Elsa & Aspen ❤️.
I recently took my beloved Maltese, KOKO, to Pampered Pets Resort and I must say, the experience was beyond our expectations! The staff's passion for animals is clearly evident, making us feel completely at ease leaving KOKO in their care.What stood out the most was the immaculate cleanliness of the place. It's evident they take pride in maintaining a hygienic and welcoming environment for all the pets. A big thank you to everyone at Pampered Pets Resort! Your dedication and care did not go unnoticed. The staff are responsive. I love the fact that they are open 24 hours. My husband and I do work late evenings and we are able to pick our dog up sometimes at midnight. It is a wonderful service for us.
