Such a great experience. I went with my mother and the care they took with her was wonderful. The owner spoke with me as well and her passion for taking care of her clients was so refreshing!
What I love most about OsteoStrong is that it's only once a week, so very easy to commit too - it's comfortable and isn't like a "work out", and the staff is always so nice and encouraging!!!
In southwest florida there is no other biohack center like OsteoStrong. In just 15 minutes once a week, I have become stronger than I have been in 20 years. I wish my mom had been able to go here as well. You CAN be STRONG as you get old. Be sure to visit soon.
