I’ve really enjoyed the Osteostrong experience at this location in Naples, FL. All the team members are so knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive. They helped me understand the science behind the results, and encouraged my progress every session along the way. In just a short amount of time, I felt more empowered about my long term ability to build stronger bones, and noticed shorter term improvements in my strength and balance. Highly recommend!
I have been going to OsteroStrong for less than a year. It’s the highlight of my week! All the instructors are so caring and knowledgeable. I recently had a DEXA scan done. It showed my bone density has improved 8.8%. This is amazing! I also take the AlgeCal supplements that are sold there.

As a former member of OsteoStrong, I can attest to having experienced definite improvement in my joints. Sadly, I had foot tendon issues which required surgery and as the recovery was lengthy I was unable to continue with OsteoStrong. I am hoping and planning that once cleared by my Doctor, I can return.
