Todays masseuse spoke to his coworker the entire time and called out to shoppers in the mall trying to solicit business. The massage was completely distracting while he stopped multiple times within a 20 min session.
Horrible experience. Arrived 20 minutes early. Place is completely dark & no one in reception area. Ladies are out back on cell phones. Finally come to greet me 10 minutes late. Run my credit card & proceed to tell me it was declined. They show me the receipt, which only read "chip read error". I immediately call the credit card company which said my availability was $14K & the account had a zero balance. I just gave up trying to get them to understand.
I came without an appointment paid and was taken to a room. As I began to undress to get ready to cover under the towel the receptionist walks in without knocking or giving me an opportunity to cover and tells me I have to go because someone with an appointment showed up. I was given my money back and I understand that errors are made just was not professionally handled to say the least. Looks sketchy once you get in too so I was sort of releived I must admit.
