Not entirely happy with the service. The technician may have been a novice as she didn’t seem to have the experience others do. The cuticle cleanup was very light, the filing was ok..ish, she didn’t speak much to me and breathed through her mouth and onto my hands and face because she seemed very congested. When I paid and gave my feedback to the lady who asked me about my service, she called out the technician and asked if those were allergies. She told me I should have asked her to use a mask.. really? At the very least, she should have known to use one or she should have stayed home if she’s sick. Last week I had a “spa day” with my family (3 woman and 2 kids) and we had a great time, the girl in charge of the kids make it a great experience for them adding stickers to their nails and painting their nails with as much colors as they wanted. And for the grown ups, we love the foot massage and delicate service they bring. This is my go to place all the time
