5/13/25 Barbie is a personable and professional technician! I highly recommend their monthly service! I'm not always home when they come, but I was today and Barbie did a thorough job and explained what she was doing. Thank you Barbie!
From 2 years ago: I was shocked to see carpenter ants pouring out of my garage door so I called National Exterminators. Lee was great to work with on the phone and scheduled a home treatment in less than a week! Bill, the technician, came out today and was personable and professional. Service was terrible. Spiders in lanai were wiped down,but they were back all over the next day and were worse. New ants appeared through pavers 2 days after service. When I emailed this, no one responded back. Will be looking for new service soon.

Barbie was very courteous and professional. She explains all her procedures in detail so even I can understand what is going on. I would prefer her as my regular technician if that is possible. Sincerely, Phil Panos
