Very pleased with the service Michael provided. Brought in a 5 year old HP All In One PC that was experiencing several problems, including indications of solid state hard drive failure. He diagnosed the problems and clearly explained my options and the cost associated with each. Decided the most cost effective thing to do was replace the machine. Bought a new machine from them and they moved everything, seemlessly, over to the new machine. Great experience that is hard to come by these days. Thank you.

These folks are awesome! I foolishly fell for a phishing email. The fabulous Michael answered the phone when I called this morning. No call center on the other side of the planet!

I was able to bring in my laptop the same morning. Michael was terrific. Kind, empathetic, listened to my whole story, did not make me feel stupid for falling for the scam. He disclosed all pricing up front. Michael answered all my questions with patience and thoroughness. I happened to be able to get my laptop back the same day. Michael explained exactly what he did, and again answered all my questions with kindness and empathy.
