Michael was very good, thorough and fast. He was able to swap out all our old files from an aging laptop and reinstall everything onto a new laptop for us. Even provided links to various hardware and software accessory recommendations on Amazon to give us a total solution to our computer needs.

Had a problem with my laptop . I called Mike and was able to drop it off in an hour. He had to fix the operating system and install some other programs. I had it back at 8 AM the next day. Great communication and value. Will use again. Thanks, Mike

Michael updated our laptop 3 years ago by successfully installing Windows 10 to replace Windows 7. Recently, we bought a new laptop with Windows 11 and Michael came to our home and transferred / formatted everything from the old to the new. The result is flawless......Craig and Mary
