I am sorry to earn some have had a bad experience. We have dealt with these folks for over four years, purchasing new appliances, as well as service. Never once, have we ever met an employee that wasn't gracious, personable, and professional. Nothing like having a local Small business to be there when you need them! Highly recommend them. Sorry for those who had a problem. Reach out to them and maybe they can rectify your poor rating
