“Matt Socci is a rockstar. I am a realtor, so having a great lender is of the utmost important for me and my clients. I sent him a customer last month and within two weeks they were approved and closed. They, too, raved about such amazing service, quick turnaround and great response time. I would highly recommend Matt again if you are looking to purchase or refinance.”
“My husband and I just became home owners for the first time. As a young couple we were worried about not being ready for this next step. At the beginning our search seemed quite daunting. Thankfully, we were presented with the best help we could ask for. Andy and his team went above and beyond for us. I can't express with words how happy, excited and grateful we are. Their patience, determination, attentiveness and guidance was excellent in every step of this process. There is so much great things we can say about Andy and his team, but I would be writing for days. So, If you are in their area and need this type of team, I urge you to contact Florida Home Loanz.”
